We’re thrilled to welcome you to the Fork Childhood Cancer Challenge App-Off at Tanaka Farms on Saturday, September 16th starting at 4:30pm for VIP guests and 5:30pm for General Admission guests.. This webpage is designed to answer all of your pre-event questions!

The 10th Annual Farm to Fork App-Off is on Saturday, September 14th at Tanaka Farms in Irvine. We begin check-in at 4:30pm for VIP guests and 5:30pm for General Admission guests. Check-in closes at 7:00pm.

Parking is available in the main lot at Tanaka Farms. Parking is free. Guests will access the event via the main farmstand entrance. Look for MaxLove Project's check-in station and private event signs. Our staff and volunteers will be on hand to assist you.

The event check-in table is located adjacent to the Tanaka Farms farmstand. Look for “private event” and MaxLove Project signs. Our staff and volunteers will check-in all guests.
Please just bring your ticket confirmation (can just be on your phone) and a photo ID.
Guests will be invited to register for our live auction, giving appeal, and silent auction. Guests will also be directed how to sign into our fundraising app.
After check-in, guests are invited to board the tractor for the wagon ride up the hill to the venue.

The event is a cocktail party but since it’s on a working farm we dress for the farm on the bottom and cocktail party on top - we call it farm chic! Be sure to wear durable shoes and clothing suitable for dancing! The evening may be cool so bring a sweater or jacket too.

VIP ticket holders are guaranteed seating. VIP tables will be clearly marked and reserved.
General Admission guests will have access to unmarked and unreserved table seating, lounge seating, hillside hay bales, and cocktail tables.This event is more of a mix and mingle style event than a traditional gala.

4:30pm - Doors open and check-in begins for VIP guests only
5:30pm - Check-in begins for General Admission guests
Guests enjoy live music, food & wine tastings, craft cocktails and more! Sunset will be spectacular! The silent auction will be going and teams will be actively fundraising and seeking guest votes! You are invited to purchase additional votes on site at our giving station within the venue. You can help teams reach their goals by bidding, giving and spreading the word!
6:00pm - Audra welcomes guests
6:50pm - SuperKid Chef Aditi performs two songs!
7:00pm - Program begins with team presentations.
7:30pm - Live Auction and Giving Appeal with Amy Ashton, comedian and auctioneer.
7:30pm - All fundraising concludes and judges tally all data.
8:00pm - Awards Presentation
