    Chef Cathy has been a Gold Apron Chef with MaxLove Project for over 10 years. Food is medicine and we teach it can be delicious and fun.

    MLP Culinary Medicine Chef, Kitchen Curative

    Chef Andrew teaches cooking classes and develops recipes for MaxLove Project. He believes in growing our own food, choosing local food producers and the holistic concept of foods as medicine.

    Alexia istrives to share her holistic health message with others. She considers it to be her life mission to share her nutrition knowledge and passion, minimizing the suffering of as many people as possible.

    I am so thrilled and grateful to be a part of the MaxLove Project and to support Culinary Medicine. As an endocrinologist, I see the enormous impact food makes on my patients’ health. I love that the MaxLove Project embraces the synergy between culinary medicine and conventional treatments. Our team is supporting the Fierce Foods Academy—a series of hands-on cooking class teaching families how to incorporate nutrient-dense foods into their daily diets. I am hopeful that our next generation will see that food truly is medicine!

    Coby lost his mom to complications from cancer, so this cause is very close to his heart. Nutrition plays an important role in what kids and families are battling and he wants to give back while paying homage to his mom.

Fierce Foods Fiesta

Join our pre-party fundraising event on Saturday, August 17th with Team Green's talented chefs : Cathy McKnight, Andrew Johnson, Tony Thomason, Claudia Gonzalez, Coby Laird, and Jeannie Lin. Also featuring SuperKid Chef Anaya Green and her MaxLove Momma and Board Member Amanda Defour. 

We're gathering to raise funds and friends in support of our App-Off event on Saturday, September 14th. There will be live music and fun in Chef Cathy McKnight’s beautiful backyard. Event is located in Coto de Caza which is a gated community - names will be added to a guest list after ticket purchase.
